BACKGROUND :

I have worked with various experts in the field of TQM and Japanese manufacturing practices. I believe in creating a quality culture by change of people’s attitude and thinking. I believe in gemba (shop floor management) and have hands or experience of implanting best practices in various companies.

The experience is gained from working in the areas of quality / productivity / manufacturing engineering in some of the top most engineering automotive / non-automotive concerns in the country including multinationals.

FOCUS AREA :

I have a practical experience can provide Consultancy & Training on ISO 9001:2015 / ISO 14001:2015 / OHSAS 18001:2007 / ISO 22000 / IATF – 16949 / FSMS – 22001 / EnMS – ISO 50001. I can also assist in implementing Quality Management culture in the organization by working together as a long-term basis.
